Jungle Pops, Monster Pops, and Reject Pops!

This week was relatively slow, which gave me a little bit of time to work on some new pop designs!  I was pretty happy with these jungle print pops!  

These monsters a spookily sweet!  Great for a little boy's monster themed birthday party!  

There were also some cake pop fails among the experiments!  I call these Reject Pops!  When I practice on a new design there are always bound to be some pops that just don't make the cut.  So rather than waste these delicious treats just because they don't look up to snuff, I slap a huge discount on them and offer them up!

Gluten Free Cake Pops!

I am so happy and excited to announce that SusAnna's Sweets now offers GLUTEN FREE cake pops!!

I have wanted to be able to offer something like this for a while and it is finally here!

These gluten free cake pops are CHOCOLATE cake, dipped and drizzled with ANY COLOR that you like!

My husband, aka "pickiest eater on the planet" said that these chocolate cake pops taste nearly identical to my other, (not) gluten free chocolate pops!

My next project is gluten free vanilla, so stay tuned!  

Father's Day Cake Pops

A little late with this, but I wanted to do a Father's Day post anyway.

Not sure of the colors on these, but I think the little mustache and tie are cute!

Here are the "golfer's pops"!  The flags need some work, but otherwise I like how they turned out!

And don't forget about our Man Pops!  Chocolate maple cake dipped in a peanut butter candy and topped with BACON!

SusAnna's Sweets Cake Pop Samples

If you have not yet tried a SusAnna's Sweets cake pop, what are you waiting for?  :)  Trying out some samples of cake pops is the perfect way to help you in planning for your party or special event.  

I have several sampler packs to choose from, starting with a 4-pack (up to 4 different flavors) and going all the way to an 8-pack (up to 8 different flavors) sampler.  

Custom pops are not available in a sampler pack, however if you already have a color combo in mind for your party or event, feel free to request it and I can do my best to accommodate.  

This will give you a good idea as to what your pops will not only taste like, but look like as well!

While I do love making cake pops, I admit that it is no simple feat and to create them in large numbers takes time.  I want to make a quality product that you will LOVE and so to do this, I ask that you please give adequate notice with your order!  

The following is what is considered adequate notice for SusAnna's Sweets:

1-3 dozen: minimum 2 weeks

4-10 dozen: minimum 6 weeks

Wedding orders and 10+ dozen: minimum 12 weeks

While adequate notice is always appreciated, please do contact me if you are looking to place an order but under the notice deadline!  If it so happens that I am not booked, I may still be able to take a last minute order.  Never hurts to ask!

Summer Cake Pops!

I love summer.  Warm weather, no school, water fun in the backyard, pool days, flowers.....so I thought I would put together a little post with all of the summer themed pops I have made so far.  I have more in the works too, so stay tuned!

I have had a lot of interest in the beach ball pops lately.

The very first time I made the beach balls, the only color sprinkles I had on hand were the pastels.  I decided to go ahead and try it with these colors even though I figured not many would like them as much as the primary colors.  

To my surprise, once summertime hit this year, I have had a ton of interest in them on my Etsy site.  

Here they are in the primary colors, which are pretty darn cute, if I do say so.  :)

Do keep in mind that these delicious sweets are temperature sensitive!  During the summer months, if left outside in temperatures of high 70s or hotter, they can melt!  It is best to keep them at room temperature or if you are having an outside event, kept in a cooler to keep them intact!

The flower pops are always a favorite.

If you are crazy about ice cream like I am, you know that EVERY season is the perfect season to enjoy it, but even I will admit there is something extra special about having some on a hot summer day.

These ice cream pops are great for an ice cream theme or summer time party.  They can be made with sticks..
